ACCOMMODATION

The CCA has arranged a preferred B&B rate of £115 for conference attendees who are booking accommodation on Thursday 22nd February 2024.

If you would like to make a reservation at the hotel on 22nd February, please contact their reservations team on 0330 1071 599 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) and be sure to use the code CCA Conference 2024 and mention that you're attending the Conference on 23rd - 24th February.

Please let the CCA know your Thursday booking reservation number. We only have a limited number of reduced rate Thursday night bedrooms available so please book soon and also be aware that the rate is only valid for bookings made prior to 11th January 2024.

A second person can share your double room at an additional cost of £150.
This includes access to the Conference, Reception and Conference Dinner.

Group discount option is available for those booking the CCA Member Full Package based on a minimum of 3 councillors/candidates* attending from the same group at a price of £165 pp
*Council candidates must be a member of the CCA to qualify for the group discount

CONFERENCE PASS OPTIONS

If you have any specific dietary requirements, such as Kosher or Halal, please let us know by contacting us at: cca@conservatives.com. Due to requirements regarding food preparation, there will be an extra cost associated with providing these meals.
